Job Info: The Caregiver and Client Relations Specialist role will be 30-40 hours a week and days and hours may vary due to industry demands such as presentations. The successful candidate must be outgoing, enthusiastic, hard working, flexible, reliable and be able to work individually or with a team. This role will include daily work in the office as well as out in the community. The role will include hiring and training of new staff, performance reviews, answer in-coming calls and emails from staff and clients, matching our caregivers with clients, as well as maintaining healthy relationships with our clients and their family members. This position involves communicating with both our caregivers and clients and will require excellent phone skills, communication, conflict resolution and organizational skills are a must.
