Get started Requisition SummaryThe Capital Budget Administrator reports directly to the Director of Manufacturing and Capital Budget. In this role, you will lead the corporate:wide administration of all aspects of the capital budgeting process and perform special projects as required in support of executive management. Job Functions / Responsibilities : Reviews, analyzes, and providessummary consolidation of:stylelist:style:type:circle:: Preliminary capital budget (June : August): Final capital budget (October : December): All discretionary and CEO capital budget requests: Capital budget coordination for Corporate entity: Provides training in the capital budget system for corporate employees.: Coordinates the capital budget submittal and reporting Corporate entity.: Controland approval of approved capital requests for rolling stock, tooling, and corporate:controlled accounts for all divisions.: Manages the daily processing of the capital budget system and updates the capital budget and compliance systems.: Special projects and production system support as needed. Qualifications and Skills : Knowledge of engineering, finance and operations including working knowledge and / or graduate:level instruction of industrial and manufacturing engineering, information systems and capital budgeting.: Interpersonal skills and ability to work with all levels of management.: Project management and computer skills, including programming.: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.: Ability to speak English fluently.: Bachelor's Degree inFinancial,Engineering,IT or related field required.
