Job Description Stepan is seeking a Business Manager Consumer Products Regional Accounts and Contract Manufacturers to join our Consumer Products Business team in HQ – Northbrook, IL. In this role, you will report to the Business Director Consumer Products. The Business Manager for Consumer Products Regional Accounts and Contract Manufacturers is responsible for the profit and losses of the CPG business and leads the Business Team in the execution of the strategy for growth of regional customers and contract manufacturers in North America. We are looking for a dynamic and growth focus commercial leader who grows the business leveraging Stepan capabilities and strengths to create value in this customers segment. Key Responsibilities: · Responsible for Profit and Loss of the Consumer Products North America Business. · Manage and direct company resources in alignment with the growth strategy and ensuring ROI. · Develop and execute the strategy for growth in alignment with the Corporate and ESG strategy. · Lead the CPG Regional Accounts and Contract Manufacturers North America Business Strategy Execution Team. · Collaborates with Market Growth, Channel and Business Development Managers in support to market initiatives. · Responsible for the budget, profit projection, monthly reports, business case ownership and accountability. Qualifications · Minimum 8 yrs. of experience in Consumer Products, Contract Manufacturing and/or Chemical Industry related field · Strong business acumen · Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and lead multi-disciplinary teams · Analytical, problem-solving skills, metrics-driven and process-oriented. · Strong negotiation skills · Quality decision making · Interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
