Requirements:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Admission to the California State Bar.3-5 years of experience in business litigation, with expertise in real estate disputes.Ability to work independently and handle a diverse caseload.Strong writing and analytical skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities. Education:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school. Certifications:Admission to the California State Bar. Skills:Expertise in real estate and general business litigation.Proficiency in legal research, analysis, and case preparation.Strong writing and drafting abilities.Effective communication and negotiation skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.Commitment to providing high-quality legal services.
