Main Duties and Responsibilities: • Work alongside the senior management to establish and direct strategical and tactical initiatives to meet the company’s objectives• Evaluate the progress of the business development strategies• Develop programs, plans and tools to increase business revenue• Build a network of business contacts and leverage that network to identify, pursue and secure new opportunities essential to the company’s growth • Provide the senior management with up-to-date market trends and ongoing analysis of the current business environment• Plan and implement marketing campaigns to promote the company’s services • Identify and develop new opportunities for business growth and improvement• Prepare business development and other related reports on a regular basis• Attend industry conferences and events to generate and nurture leads Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Economics, Business Administration, or related field• Hands-on experience in business development is an asset• Fluent English• Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills• Ability to work collaboratively, as part of the team, with internal and external stakeholders Terms & Conditions: • Permanent, full-time employment - 35 hours per week • Compensation: $37.00 per hour.
