Basic Salary: A GBP 45,000 : A GBP 55,000 Benefits: A Uncapped Commission: A GBP 15,000 : A GBP 20,000 per annum, paid quarterly (year one expected)A Company Car Allowance: A GBP 6,600A Company Pension A 25 days Annual Holiday + Birthday off Location: Bedford Commutable locations: You will likely be office based 3 days per week, so living in the Midlands or the South East. You could live, in Peterborough, Northampton, Bedford, Stevenage, Leicester, Luton, Milton Keynes, Banbury, Cambridge, etc. Overview: Business Development Manager, Product Sales : Telematics, Hardware, Software Established for only 7 years, we have grown phenomenally, doubling in size and staff year on year. 2023/24 saw us break through the A GBP 2m barrier, we have the capacity, capability, and drive to grow to A GBP 4:6m in the next 2 years. However, we need a purely sales: focused individual to assist in facilitating the key messages to clients and be at the forefront of their minds. Youll be empowered to create a growth strategy; youll be encouraged to win or learn and be an integral part of the business as we further grow and expand. Job Description: Business Development Manager : Product Sales : Telematics, Hardware, Software As our Business Development Manager, youll be a pivotal part of our commercial team, working closely with our Commercial Director, Internal Sales, and the technical team, youll be one of the key faces of the business.
