Job Title: Recruitment Business Development Intern As part of their continuing growth, a successful, niche international recruitment agency is seeking a talented Business Development Intern. You will be joining a team that strive for excellence in their work, so you will demonstrate enthusiasm and creativity every day, and be a confident communicator and a natural at building long-lasting relationships. The role will involve a degree of remote working so suitable home office environment is required. Purpose of the role: To work with the delivery function to identify and maximise new business opportunities in existing clients and leverage all commercial opportunities across major key accounts - To contribute to the strategic direction of the business through identifying and creating commercial ‘recruitment solutions’ for major business gains - To achieve specific new business targets and growth goals Key Responsibilities: · Network with contacts across the industry to develop new contacts in existing clients · Take a lead role in accounts · Initiate and lead new client pitches and major account opportunities · Keep abreast of industry challenges to ensure innovative recruitment solutions are being presented to clients · Seek and identify new and commercially viable business opportunities · Pro-actively map and network with contacts, to develop strategically important relationships · Initiates new and innovative client development methods · Works closely with Director to identify new client engagement strategies based upon client and market demands · Identifies and attends all relevant industry events and networking opportunities · Keeps abreast of industry updates and is 'known' as a Market Expert in their field · Creates webinars, strategy sessions and is highly pro-active in all areas of social media, to create awareness and to generate new business · Analyses own performance regularly to ensure they remain on track · Excellent use of pro-active client development.
