Agile methodologies Strong communication skills Well worse with Service Now platform, More on BA skills like creating stories, etc. Process modeling tools : Vision. EXCEL, Powerpoint Major on Microsoft suite application tools such as Excel, Project, Visio, ServiceNow, SharePoint, Teams, and PowerPoint, Preferred exposure to Azure DevOps and Agile Development Strong software design skills and usability Strong analytical and organizational skills Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills Strong communication skills, both verbal and written Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with many levels of management, and interface between technical team and business owners % of Time Accountability: 85 Business analysis and creating details specifications 10 Involvement with test preparation and execution 5 Business Analysis team continuous improvement Powered by JazzHR
