As a Branch and Sales Support Administrator, you'll play a pivotal role in providing outstanding administration and sales support to the branch. You will work closely with our sales team, supporting with producing quotes and timely follow-up as well as general administration. You will have a strong focus on customer service, ensuring our customers receive the highest level of care and attention. Our ideal candidate would have previous experience working within a busy office environment ideally within a sales support capacity. Previous customer service experience is essential for this role as well as excellent IT skills. It is crucial that the successful candidate is able to remain composed and effectively communicate with customers, even in high-pressure situations. You will also have the ability to plan and prioritise workloads and are capable of interpreting and reporting accurate data as well as excellent excel skills. Responsibilities: Support the sales team with generating quotations and winning orders for repair and upgrade works to domestic and industrial lift equipment originating Proactively follow up with customers after generating quotations. Produce regular sales reports identifying trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
