Discover why this region was the first in the United States to actively cultivate grapes exclusively for winemaking back in 1629. We are seeking an experienced Bottling Line Manager to join our team! This position m anages all functions on the bottling line in order to bottle, pack and inventory wine and other products. The position is responsible for bottling associate supervision, quality of the product, the appearance of the packaging, and accurate inventory of products produced on the bottling line. Candidates must have strong leadership skills, be adaptable, work in a fast-paced environment, and be detailed-oriented in the manufacturing space. 2+ years in a production management role or similar field required. Bilingual in English and Spanish is strongly preferred. This position is based in Deming, New Mexico. Must be available to work nights and weekends during our busy season (August - October).
