N. Dulay Trux Ltd, including receipts, invoices, and bank statements. - Processing all financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll. - Monitoring B. N. Dulay Trux Ltd. ’s expenses and ensure that they are properly recorded and categorized. - Reconciling accounts on a regular basis to ensure that all transactions are accurate and accounted for; Prepare trial balance of books. - Generating financial reports such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements to help the company make informed financial decisions; Keep financial records and establish, maintain and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems under B. N. Dulay Trux Ltd. - Managing tax filings for B. N. Dulay Trux Ltd. ensuring that they are accurate and submitted on time. - Communicating with clients and delivery drivers to ensure that all financial transactions are properly recorded and resolved; Display top-notch customer service skills while answering inbound inquiries from clients/carriers and build relationships with customer accounting contacts. - Collaborate with the sales teams to understand B. N. Dulay Trux Ltd. ’s clients and related accounting needs; Develop and maintain filing systems to organize sales records and prepare reports- Maintain general ledgers and financial statements; Settle payments with customers, keeping sales rep informed every step of the way. - Making.
