Job Summary If you were to come on board as one of our Inside Sales Directors , we’d ask you to do the following for us: Proactively conduct Daily research, communication and recording on discussions with prospective clients, and sharing with Sales Team. Read and report any prospective client intel through news outlets Proficiency in Compass Value Proposition Continuous learning and understanding of current and new company offering Contributes to development of the strategies behind our sales processes. Perform various calling campaigns as directed. Call Campaigns will include a variety of tactics with strategic and targeted use of mediums such as phone calls, voicemails, and e-mail follow up. Work with the assigned Sales Director or VP for each campaign starting with an intake call to ensure there is alignment on target list, strategy, and any particulars related to the campaign Calls prospective customers in designated market area to qualify opportunities and attempt to gain appointments for the sales team Development.
