Role Responsibilities: Benefit Analyst will help drive an integrated Health and Safety framework with vendors through best practices, centralized relationships, business process innovations and cutting-edge outsourcing services. Prepare management planning and control info by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing employee benefit data and trends. Monitor vendor performance to ensure quality and value of service delivered meets standards. Assist with the implementation of plan changes. Make recommendation on plan changes based on background and trends identified through escalations. Identify process improvements and assist in implementing any process changes. Audits ongoing operations to ensure adherence to process flows and data integrity. Conduct vendor structure audits (billing audits). Perform due diligence in order to identify opportunities or concerns with ongoing plan administration. Assist in completion of surveys. Assist in developing accurate and timely communication and training materials to ensure consistent messages across the company. Seeks advice and escalates issues when faced with tasks/problems outside the scope of the work.
