Job duties: - Bake and prepare Neo G. F Basque Burnt Cheesecake and Special Occasion Cakes such Strawberry Short Cake with Vanila or Chocolate or Matcha Cream; - Bake and prepare roll cake such as Strawberry Roll Cake and other Roll Cakes using local fruit in season; - Bake and prepare choux such as Cookie Choux, and Matcha Cream Cookie Choux; - Bake and prepare muffins such as Blackberry and Blueberry Muffin, and G. F Matcha Raspberry Muffin; - Bake cookies such as Breakfast, Dark Chocolate, and Matcha White Chocolate; - Bake mochi such as Matcha Azuki Mochi, and Black Sesame Mochi; - Bake croissants such as Butter, Almond, and Cheddar Cheese; - Prepare dough for cakes and icings and frostings according to recipes or special customer orders; - Operate machinery; - Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies; - Bake mixed dough and batters; - Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food; - Frost and decorate cakes and baked goods; - Draw up production schedules; - Ensure products meet the quality standards of NEO COFFEE BAR.
