Nemean Solutions is seeking a fully qualified Aviation Military Analyst specializing in Reconnaissance and Attacks. The duty location is at Fort Rucker, near lovely Ozark, AL. Key tasks: Products must be written at the graduate level with a maximum of three revisions request from the Senior Military Analysis prior to presenting to the government. Experience: Must have a complete working knowledge/understanding of Army Aviation operations and employment. Experience with JCIDS Process, CONOPS Development, CBA Process, and a thorough understanding of the Army and Joint Concepts, especially the Army Concept Framework. Former or current Rated Army Aviator with at least twelve (12) years of Army Aviation flight/combat operations experience experience. Experience as a Standardization Instructor Pilot (SIP) or Instructor Pilot (IP) in Army manned attack and reconnaissance aircraft. Minimum of 3 years experience working in capability management/combat developments. Experience in planning, executing and facilitating Joint Working Groups. Experience as a Team Lead conducting Aviation studies and/or operational test events with experience in developing capabilities and evaluating technologies. Not required, but preferred: Experience as a Standardization Instructor Pilot (SIP) or Instructor Pilot (IP) in Army manned attack and reconnaissance aircraft. Prior tactical operational staff experience with Army Aviation attack, reconnaissance, or assault planning, training, and execution in organizations of 400 plus to 2863 plus personnel. Contributing author of a Joint Requirements Oversight Council (JROC) approved JCIDS document. Participation as a direct team member in an Army Aviation Capability Based Assessment (CBA) for attack or reconnaissance aircraft. Security Clearance: SECRET clearance required.
