New Job Opportunity - Avaya Unified Communication (UC) Engineer: New and exciting job opportunity - Looking to hire an experienced UC Engineer with proven experience working with Avaya technologies. An active Secret Clearance is required. Need to be willing to travel This Position is all about Avaya skills/technologies as well as hands on experience with VoIP - Minimum of 4 years of experience Logistics of the Role: Full Time - Permanent Hire Salary - 110k -130k - Depending on Experience This position requires up to 75% Travel - Need to be willing to travel Day to Day Activities: Responsible for the design, implementation, configuration, troubleshooting, daily operation and upgrading of “core” Avaya Aura Products including System Manager, Session Manager, Communications Manager, Media Server, Voice Gateways Troubleshoot networking/physical infrastructure issues Configure SIP trunks (routing via AAR/ARS) Recommends and integrate new Telecommunication Voice, Video and Unified Communications Monitors, review, recommend, test, and implement new software revision/feature sets/patch Qualifications: Minimum of 4+ years of experience with Avaya platforms - Administration, maintenance, and installation Experience with VoIP, inbound and outbound voice networks, experience with network protocols and circuit provisioning and standards, understanding of LAN protocols Active Avaya Certification as well as IAT Level II Active Secret Clearance Powered by JazzHR
