The Role: As an Audit and Accounts Senior, you will be a vital part of the team, supporting partners and managers in delivering top: notch audit and accounts preparation services. You will also play a crucial role in guiding and assigning tasks to audit trainees. Responsibilities: Efficiently plan and execute audit/accounts assignments. Ensure timely delivery of audit files to the assignment manager. Supervise and review the work of junior staff during audits. Coach and mentor other team members for improved performance and technical growth. Provide guidance to audit and accounts trainees. Maintain effective communication with clients. Requirements: The candidates must be ACA/ACCA Qualified Previous experience working as an Audit and Accounts Senior or in a similar role. Proven experience in private company audits, including planning, budgeting, risk backssment, and execution. In: depth knowledge of current auditing standards and methodologies, including analytical review, systems and controls documentation, and sampling techniques. Significant prior experience in preparing statutory company accounts under UK GAAP, including charities.
