We are currently looking for an experienced Quality Assurance Associate Director to join our Centre of Excellence for biomedical process development and small-scale GMP manufacturing in Slough, UK. The purpose of the role will be to lead and manage the QA Operations Team and direct reports to assure the effective operational performance and compliance with Regulatory Authorities, Global Quality Standards. Key responsibilities: Lead, manage and develop the QA Batch Review team and direct reports to assure effective operational performance and compliance. 10 direct / 30 indirect reports. Support QA Leadership with department strategy development, objectives & goal setting, project prioritization activities. Responsibility of the QA Operations team who have the quality oversight of documentation generated during manufacturing processes, coordinating review and any follow-up actions/corrections of GMP documentation. Performs QA documentation reviews of SOP’s, forms and logbooks associated to GMP process QA oversight of GMP Documentation compliance Acting as a point of contact for queries relating to Quality and escalating as required. Expand and utilise knowledge of quality procedures to identify and report non-conformances and resolve issues arising in the area via interaction with the relevant personnel.
