Role Overview: As the Associate Director of Banquets, you will spearhead the seamless operation of our Banquet Department. Your role will encompass overseeing daily operations, maintaining service excellence, recruiting and training top talent, strategic planning, and ensuring financial objectives are met. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the Banquet Department's daily operations, ensuring impeccable guest service and problem-solving. - Uphold service standards and collaborate closely with Sales and Events teams for client satisfaction. - Monitor financial reports, conduct audits, and manage budgets to achieve profitability. - Recruit, train, and coach staff, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. - Participate in strategic planning, site inspections, and relationship-building with clients.
