We are in search of an Associate Manager, eCommerce Merchandising - Amazon to join us. In this role you will be developing and executing merchandising strategies that deliver best-in-class consumer-facing content that drives conversion. You will partner with marketing and graphics leads to ensure digital content is rich, informative, and on-brand. A Day in the Life of an Associate Manager, eCommerce Merchandising - Amazon Merchandise digital content on the world’s #1 eCommerce site for the US and Canada Assist internal Marketers and our Digital Shelf team in crafting product assets that support PDPs, brand pages, digital campaigns, and promotions. Monitor and measure asset performance data and trends to strategize an action plan to boost content health and SEO. Lead conversations on asset strategies and set expectations to reach internal and external goals. What You'll Bring Data Driven Strategies: Merchandising is all about gaining the right audience with the right content. You will conduct A/B testing to build merchandising strategies that boost SEO and drive conversion. Project Management Abilities : A teammate capable of handling and prioritizing time-sensitive projects of varying complexities independently as well as in partnership with cross-functional teams. Excellent Communication : Communication is key! Your strategies will need to be delivered clearly through both written and visual presentations. Organization: Ability to keep accurate and detailed record of merchandising projects, timelines, and goals. Proficiencies with Microsoft Office and ADOBE Programs : (emphasis on PowerPoint, Excel, and Photoshop). Attention to detail : Regular audits of top performing product display pages to ensure we optimize conversion throughout the calendar year – maximizing seasonal SEO terms, imagery, and overall content health to uphold our strong IDQ score on-site. Be in a commutable distance to come into the Providence, RI office on a hybrid basis weekly. Educational / Experience Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Digital Media Communications, Information Technology, Graphic Communications, Graphic Design, Marketing, OR related experience 2+ years of experience in a Digital Asset Management role preferred Experience utilizing Syndigo and Vendor Central a plus Hasbro’s world-class brands and talented people are our greatest assets.
