Job Summary: Good customer service skills Strong daily planning and organization skills Energy and passion Excellent attention to detail Health and Safety knowledge Motivational skills to drive the team to meet targets. Key Responsibilities: Using software to record, communicate, help efficiency. Co-ordinate activities to achieve business performance. Being able to use and understand the transport sector of the business, with the ability to route and schedule deliveries. Knowledgeable in Health and Safety and upholds the highest expectation. Management of the receipt, storage and despatch of stock using inhouse systems Coordinating and enforcing operational and personnel policies and procedures. Overseeing inventory control, including implementing processes such as physical inventory counts and reconciling inventory data with data management systems. Establishing and monitoring security procedures to ensure the safety of the warehouse operation, personnel, inventory, and other warehouse assets. Optimizing the warehouse layout, inspecting equipment, and ensuring ongoing maintenance procedures are followed. Ensure environment, health and safety standards are set up correctly and achieved on anon- going basis and actively promote individual responsibility for environment, health and safety.
