Looking for an experienced on-site Assitant RV Park Manager to perform park maintenance and repairs including plumbing, electrical systems, landscape and well operations. Will assist the Park Manager with the day-to-day management duties including rent collections, customer service, processing rent and storage applications and working with vendors and tenants. Requirements: Ability to troubleshoot and perform maintenance and repair to plumbing, elecrical, landscaping and well systems. Basic computer skills including Internet and MS/Outlook & Word. Ability to communicate in English, basic writing skills and strong customer service skills. Salary includes free housing and utilities. A full background check and drug test will be required.
