They have an intimate set up – only 60 seats - and guests are spoilt for choice with a selection of authentic, delicious highly presented a la carte dishes. The is strong emphasis on quality led service and are fortunate to have a super supportive management team. The successful candidate will be joining a small and independent restaurant group which is looking to expand its portfolio within the next 12 months. Assistant Restaurant Manager Benefits: · Working for an independent company with a long-standing reputation as a go to local restaurant. · Starting salary - £36,000 to £37,000 + quarterly bonuses· You will receive guidance and support from an influential General Manager. · You will work 48 hours per week. · Maximum covers of 120 per day. · Latest finish is 11pm· London Bridge location Assistant Restaurant Manager Requirements: • A highly competent, passionate, and professional Assistant Manager. • A great leader, someone who enjoys taking the time to support and development junior members with the restaurant team. • The ideal Assistant Manager will have a stable employment background and have worked in similar sized operations.
