Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, motivated, and reliable.ResponsibilitiesTrain, coach, and develop employees and team leadersDelegate tasks to team and provide follow-upHold team accountable for their performance; provide coaching and counseling as neededEnsure team provides fast, friendly, and accurate serviceEnsure product quality, restaurant cleanliness, maintenance and security standards are metStaff and schedule appropriately to control labor costsEnsure proper cash handling and deposit procedures are followedEnsure appropriate inventory and ordering systems are in placeQualificationsExcellent communication skills to connect effectively with customers and co-workersPossess a positive attitude and ethics which support our values and cultureAbility to manage a fast-paced, high-volume, clean, customer-focused restaurantStrong time-management skills; ability to multi-task, prioritize, and organizeWe are looking forward to reading your application.Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week.
