Assistant Development and Delivery Manager Maryport - Hybrid working at base for min one day a week, weekly site visits and attendance at Kendal and Glasgow offices as required. You’ll be assisting in the delivery of our mixed tenure schemes on time and to budget, ensuring that an excellent offer for our customers and communities always lies at the heart of delivery. If you fancy working alongside a brilliant team and to develop your career as you grow with us, then read on… Typical day as an Assistant Development and Delivery Manager Working alongside our Development & Delivery colleagues across a number of sites, primarily in the North West region along with Scotland region, as required. You’ll carefully managing income and expenditure, assisting in the delivery of our schemes against key performance targets. You’ll help manage and deliver projects including managing project appraisals, data analysis, cashflows, contract programmes, scheme budgets, document management, site inspections, and property handovers. You’ll use your fantastic interpersonal skills to sustain good relationships with developers, contractor partners and internal teams.
