Compensation $120,000-$150,000 Job Summary Manages the administrative, accounting and management activities of his/her scope in collaboration with Operations by ensuring the reliability of data in compliance with procedures. Main Responsibilities Track & analyze cash position, assist in cash forecasting and reporting of net financial position Prepare, review and analyze financial information to ensure integrity is maintained Lead monthly, quarterly and annual closing processes ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting. Responsible for preparations of journal entries, reconciliations and consolidated IFRS & GAAP financial reporting package to parent company Supervise and mentor accounting staff Assist with annual budgeting and monthly forecasting Prepare tax worksheets and support schedules Participate in external and internal audits as required Work closely with operational personnel to achieve company objectives in accordance with GAAP, IFRS, Colas internal policies and other regulatory requirements. Maintain and develop internal control procedures Uphold Colas ethics and business principles Ad hoc projects and reporting as needed Education • A bachelor’s degree (BA or BS) in accounting, finance or other applicable degree.
