Your key focus will be the South and your experience in restaurants, bars, qsr's and similar will assist in ensuring that standards are maintained across your patch during their continued growth. You will be: : Liaising and guiding store management : Travelling between sites. : Making timely management decisions : Ensuring area: wide guest satisfaction and product consistency and quality : Managing the areas financial performance and store KPI's are exceeding Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: : Knowledge of management practices and procedures : Knowledge of the retail and or restaurant industry operations : Demonstrated team: building skills : Strong operational skills in a customer: service environment : Strong organisational and planning skills : Supervisory skills : Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with team members at all levels in the organisation. : Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing. : Ability to independently manage the overall operations of multiple stores. : Ability to effectively manage confidential and sensitive information. : Strong interpersonal skills.
