We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Ventilation and Air Conditioning Project Manager to join our team in the Midlands. This is an exciting opportunity to work on challenging projects and contribute to the success and growth of our organisation. As a Ventilation and Air Conditioning Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of ventilation and air conditioning projects in the Midlands region. Your role will involve managing a team of professionals, ensuring project deliverables are met within budget and timeline, and maintaining effective communication with clients, contractors, and stakeholders. Responsibilities: · Manage the entire lifecycle of ventilation and air conditioning projects, from inception to completion. · Develop project plans, including scope, schedule, and budget, ensuring alignment with client requirements and company objectives. · Coordinate and collaborate with internal teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
