Description:

Part-Time 25 hours per week administrative support for the Advancement Division and integral part of the Advancement Services Team. Responsible for all donor gift letters including but not limited to gift acknowledgement, memorial gifts, and receipts. Team lead on event RSVP's. Maintenance of scholarship documents and planned gift/estate settlement documents. Serving as back-up for other team members. The ability to work independently while managing multiple projects is required. Requires discretion and confidentiality in both obtaining and providing information. Extensive computer and strong communication, both written and verbal, skills preferred. Bachelor's degree or five years administrative assistance experience preferred.
