As an Administrator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of our maintenance operations, contributing to the overall success of our company. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys being part of a team and has a strong background in administrative tasks. Responsibilities Coordinate and schedule maintenance activities, including repairs and preventive maintenance tasks. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of maintenance activities, including work orders, equipment logs, and inventory. Collaborate with Maintenance Manager to develop and implement maintenance procedures and policies. Assist with coordinating outside contractors and vendors for maintenance projects. Prepare necessary documentation and reports related to maintenance activities. Maintain and update maintenance files, records, and databases. Perform general administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, organizing meetings, and managing office supplies. Requirements Experience in using Salesforce Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in a maintenance or manufacturing environment. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in using computer software such as Microsoft Office Suite.
