Do Not Contact The Firm Directly. Position Is Full-Time, M-F during business hours, and located In Torrance, CA. Objectives of Role • Performing a wide range of clerical and administrative tasks to support the daily operations of a busy law firm• Ensure optimal use of equipment, supplies, and inventories• Maintain workflow by analyzing and refining standard operating procedures such as scheduling, communications, and office layout• Coordinate internal and external resources for expediting workflows• Serve as the eyes and ears of the office, providing information, answering questions, and responding to requests• Achieve organizational goals while adhering to best practices Responsibilities:• Perform general administrative tasks, such as answering and directing phone calls; handling emails, mailings, and deliveries; and coordinating meeting-room calendars• Keep the office clean, stocked, and organized, especially the kitchen, conference rooms, stockrooms, storage closets, and communal areas• Order office supplies, stock supplies in the office, and ensure equipment is operable• Maintain firm employee lists and inventories• Coordinate team events• Copies/Scans and stores important documents and records• Maintains inventory of office supplies and anticipates supply needs; ensures prompt ordering and receipt of supplies and delivers supplies to workstations as needed• Maintains equipment by completing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting failures, calling for repairs, monitoring equipment operation• Enhances organization's reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; and exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments Qualifications:• High school diploma or equivalent• 1-2 years of Administrative Assistant experience• Prior proven success in office coordination is preferred• Excellent written and verbal communication skills• Strong time-management and multitasking abilities• Strong organizational and attention to detail skills• Proficiency with Office 365 programs, and aptitude for learning new software and systems• Ability to maintain confidentiality of company information• Dependability and professionalism• Excellent customer service experience• Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving Compensation: $23 DOE About Company: We strive to take ownership of everything we do so that we can have the freedom to prioritize the things that matter most.
