G&C Fab-Con is looking for a Project Administrator to lend support to all project specific Construction Department functions. Full-time/Contract/Project Role Requirements: 1. Must ensure that project objectives are accomplished within, or better than, prescribed schedules and job cost parameters. 2. Must facilitate management of all project administration. Responsibilities: Supporting construction/design project managers, creating change orders, purchase orders, subcontracts, estimating, purchasing, submittals, and certified payrolls. Purchasing supplies, writing purchase orders, handling time sheets and possible payroll, getting invoices approved by PM and matching to invoices, helping project manager and others, working with main office to get invoices processed and whatever else is needed.
