Role Summary Assist in the production of monthly management accounts Key Responsibilities Monthly and daily reconciliations Various other month end processes Prepare, review and distribute monthly management accounts/management information Carry out P&L reviews with divisional managers and liaise to resolve any queries Assist with forecasting/budgets when required Competencies Required Excellent numeric and problem solving skills Capable of demonstrating strong attention to detail Ability to pick up processes quickly Strong communication and problem resolution skills Ability to prioritise to ensure deadlines are met Strong organisation skills Ability to work in a busy environment Technical Skills Required Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel Ability to manipulate large quantities of data Qualifications/Experience Required Preferred experience of working within a similar role AAT qualified or equivalent General To undertake any other duties that may fall into the job criteria To conform with all company policies and procedures including Health and Safety To treat all employees, customer and suppliers with dignity and respect This job description is not intended as an exhaustive list of all duties and responsibilities of the post but simply reflects the key areas involved.
