Job Description The year-round Accounting Coordinator I will support the efficient operation of the company by assisting with a wide range of administrative and accounting functions. In addition, the Accounting Coordinator will also provide financial analysis and support as required. Based in Anchorage, Alaska and supporting our Alaska, Washington and Oregon properties. Job Responsibilities Help manage new Accounts Payables system called Birchstreet Research and verify invoices for AK, OR, and WA Enter invoices into Birchstreet New vendor set-up Birchstreet vendor set-up Quarterly vendor review Capital invoice processing Setting users up for Birchstreet purchasing Reservation balancing Monitor SMS( Springer Miller System) for daily errors Some travel may be required.
