Fusion Security is currently seeking an experienced, dynamic security professional with outstanding customer service and communication skills for the position of Account Manager. The Account Manager is responsible for ensuring all clients within the Fusion Security manpower portfolio receive the services agreed to in the contract. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing and nurturing an ongoing productive relationship through open communication with the clients' representatives, ensuring an understanding of their business and operating processes in order to identify the contracted security requirements. This position also works closely with Manpower Operations to identify staff training and development needs. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Minimum 5 years of Security Manpower experience Minimum 2 years of Management experience A valid BC Security Guard license Bachelor's degree Valid BC Driver's License with clean Driver's Abstract Must have own vehicle (car allowance will be provided) Experience with Microsoft Office and industry software such as scheduling and activity tracking SKILLS AND ABILITIES Ability to use logic and reasoning to identify solutions efficiently Ability to multi-task and prioritize urgent matters in a fast-paced environment Ability to work both independently in the field and in an office environment with a team Ability to lead by example dealing fairly and tactfully, providing clear and consistent leadership and guidance Ability to professionally communicate fluently in English, both verbally and in writing Ability to concentrate on a task over a period of time without losing focus DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Deliver quality security services, ensuring adequate personnel are deployed in positions/assignments are licensed, trained and equipped to fulfill the conditions of the contract Manage processes and systems providing regular feedback on service satisfaction Demonstrate a customer/client focus, ensuring the clients.
