Responsibilities: Client Relationship Management: Develop and nurture strong relationships with key clients in the technology industry. Conduct regular client meetings to understand their hiring needs, company culture, and strategic goals. Sales and Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the tech sector, consistently expanding the client portfolio. Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns and promotional materials. Consultative Selling: Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights into industry trends, talent market conditions, and best practices in hiring. Present and negotiate staffing solutions that align with client's business objectives. Collaboration with the Recruitment Team: Work closely with our internal recruitment team to ensure a seamless and efficient recruitment process.
