Job Summary: Account Executive expected to uncover and win new business/account opportunities and support/grow existing business/accounts and cross-sell the array of hardware, software, cloud, and professional services our organization offers. This individual will also be required to perform the necessary sales administrative activities including use of SFDC, forecasts, deal registrations, presentations, proposals/quotes and submit orders. Will need to maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops/training and establishing personal networks in professional societies. Essential Functions: This individual will also be required to perform the necessary sales administrative activities including use of SFDC, forecasts, deal registrations, presentations, proposals/quotes and submit orders. Will need to maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops/training and establishing personal networks in professional societies. Comfortable with traveling domestically more than 50% Execute sales strategy by identifying and qualifying customer needs and positioning the appropriate solutions. Increase sales, market share, and develop business through marketing, face to face meetings, and vendor networking. Understanding of customers' pain points, customer needs, buying cycles, and creating strong relationships to effectively drive sales and repeat business. Work with sales support team to ensure that quotes are provided, and order requests are processed accurately. Work with engineering team to accurately scope projects to ensure we are proposing the best solution. Maintain relationships with all levels of customer contacts, with a focus on Executive level (Director and above) relationships within both IT and the business line owners.
