The role will include timely responses provided to customer enquiries, as well as proactive communication with the customers, with input and direction from Key Account Manager, Global Business Manager, and the Global Business Director. The job holder is expected to lead the introduction of new products & product management through management of the information flow both internally and with the customers. This includes, but is not limited to, establishing efficient timelines, coordinating raw material introduction and first orders of such, lifecycle product costings, regulatory compliance, establishing correct packaging and label introductions and providing regular project and market intelligence reports as well as sales data for Key Account Manager, Global Business Manager and Global Business Director. The Job holder is expected to provide accurate sales forecasts, demand forecasts, and manage stocking policies at key accounts. The position will be based at the Amelia, OH manufacturing site while some travel may be expected to attend trade shows, exhibitions and events, as well as visiting key accounts to nurture relationships. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Responsible coordination of customer accounts helping maximizing sales revenue, margin and volume, and reporting on achievement at customers. Working closely on new opportunities and business management with the Key Account Manager. Management of product life cycles and manufacturing & supply plans. Management of communication and coordination with internal teams in R&D, Ops, Supply Chain and Administration. Ensure customers receive the appropriate level of service, agreeing targets and stock provision while managing costs effectively. REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: University graduate or equivalent level in business or science desired. Experience in project management, customer facing, and Microsoft (PP, Excel) Understanding of printing industry and Technology is desirable.
