2^nd Line Coordinator Newcastle upon Tyne Permanent, Full Time (37.5 hpw) Salary circa £23,500 pa negotiable based on skills and experience. Great benefits including Health Cash Plan Home, a place where you belong We have a great opportunity for someone to join our service desk team as our 2^nd Line Support Coordinator. Your mastery of inventory ensures that our team never faces a tech drought or a gadget glut. You'll balance the scales perfectly, maintaining optimal stock levels to support our dynamic needs. You? ll play a key role in our team, as the glue between the techies, our Logistics team, and the Finance team. Carry out a variety of tasks but key will be to order the equipment we all need to work with and allow us to issue that to new colleagues. You? ll also keep our financial administration and budgets on track. Typical day as a 2nd Line Support Coordinator Keeping tight control of our stock, through daily and weekly stock checks. Manage the month end financials to ensure that our budgets are up to date and all costs charged to relevant budgets and cost codes. Order required equipment, obtaining quotes were needed and liaising with suppliers. Raising purchase orders and track these to ensure that they are approved for payment, collaborating with internal finance and procurement teams to get the job done. Support office projects and keep these on track by checking for updates. Supporting with more generic admin tasks for the team, such as booking travel and accommodation and supporting with shift rostering and rota planning.
