This position is a union position. Under the routine direction of the manager, you would be responsible for a variety of process operations and duties in a production environment. Involves: Operating and controlling the production of liquid and gaseous products in accordance with production qualifications and specifications. Diagnoses and remedies plant, computer, and/or mechanical failures or problems. Insure quality assurance specifications of products are met. Conduct routine inspections and testing. Measure and record various data associated with the operating process. Must know when to call in other specialists to assist. Involves working extended hours, weekends and holidays. Associates Degree preferred.
