Both of these tasks must be done quickly and with 100 accuracy. PROJECT INFO Applicant to organize, review and archive various documents, including transcribe various data tables 100 accurately. Histologist Danbury, CT Position responsibilities This will be a 1 year position to support the immediate histology needs within CMDR. The qualifications of this position include 1. Processing kidney samples for routine staining and immunohistochemical staining. 2. Processing aorta samples for routine staining and immunohistochemical staining. Specifics of this position Within CMDR we are developing several in vivo assays to monitor disease processes. As part of these models, kidneys are isolated from treated and nontreated rats and these need to be processed, embedded and sectioned for staining. For each study, it is expected that 24 rats x two kidneys per rat x five slides per kidney248 sections will need to be collected and stained for histological readouts e.g. HE, trichrome, collagen.
